With winter now out of the way we can all hopefully look forward to the warmer weather, and that means getting back outside.
April 6th will see us take on our fourth challenge of the year, as our dedicated volunteers and charity representatives join us for a hike over Shropshire’s picturesque Long Mynd.
The 18 mile route which was devised by one of our keen walkers here in the office, will give people a test of endurance and stamina, albeit in a leisurely manner.
The start and finish will be at the Horseshoe Inn /The Bridges just outside Ratlinghope, and for those who feel that 18 miles might be a bit too much – there is the option to take a shortcut back.
We will look to set off at 8am to give us the best chance to finish on time and get back to the pub for some well earned refreshments.
So if you would like to take part then grab your walking boots, we would love as many people as possible to join us on the day, again helping to raise money for some very worthwhile local charities.
Our Virgin Giving page is the place to go if you would like to donate to our 12 months of charity cause and help support Hope House, Severn Hospice, Lingen Davies, Compton Care and Jayne Sargent Foundation.
